Hans Feldmann

Hans Feldmann completed his legal studies at the University of Bern in 2001 with a licentiate. After completing his studies, he worked in the judiciary and in a medium-sized law firm in Bern and was admitted to the Bern bar in 2004. He then moved to the Chair of Tax Law at the University of Lucerne as a research assistant. From 2008 Hans Feldmann worked in various functions at the cantonal tax office in Zurich, mainly as a tax commissioner for companies and the self-employed. In 2014, he switched to a medium-sized trust and consulting company, where he was responsible for taxation and all facets of private and corporate succession planning. Since January 2021, Hans Feldmann has been part of the Capt Zollinger Rechtsanwälte team as an independent lawyer.

 

Hans Feldmann is a consultant and litigator and is admitted to all courts in Switzerland; he is entered in the bar register of the Canton of Zurich and a member of the Zurich Bar Association.
